We have provided facility assessments, estimates for repairs, estimates to rebuild, flood mitigation options, elevating foundations to BFE requirements, cultural and environmental studies, hazardous and asbestos material removal, and have coordinated aggressively to obtain funding for necessary projects. Our most recent achievement was working to obtain funding for the new 89,000 square feet South Terrebonne Middle School. The $25-million-dollar project is currently in the construction phase and will house Lacache Middle School and the Montague Middle School.

Construction time: 295 days The main objective for this project was to increase energy efficiency, increase indoor air quality, improve the exterior shell aesthetics and thermal ratings, and increase security levels. Seven buildings were transformed with new canopies, stud walls, windows, paint, and fiber cement board cladding. |
